Based on the product information entered into AX Cloud, vouchers are automatically sent to travelers upon reservation confirmation.

Upon booking confirmation, AX Cloud’s own vouchers are sent to travelers via SMS and email.
If you have your own vouchers, you can disable the voucher generation and sending feature.
