Timeslots are generated based on the inventory management criteria set for each product (minimum and maximum departure numbers).
Monitor booking statuses by time slot and manage resources efficiently.

Use the calendar to get an overview of booking statuses by timeslot.
Quickly confirm departures and prevent overbooking by checking booking statuses with color coding. If minimum or maximum departure numbers or operational status change, you can update them directly in the calendar.

The booking numbers are compared to the maximum and minimum departure numbers for each timeslot and displayed accordingly.
Underbooking, confirmed departures, and overbooking are shown in different colors, making it easier to manage bookings and resources.

You can set and adjust the maximum and minimum departure numbers for each timeslot.

Activate or deactivate timeslots

If it’s difficult to operate a specific option on a particular date, you can deactivate the corresponding timeslot in the calendar. Reactivation is also possible.

Separate management of bookings by timeslot

Bookings for specific timeslots are collected and displayed separately.
Check the booking status for each timeslot and process the bookings in bulk.

Timeslot booking list

Only the bookings for a specific timeslot are compiled and displayed in a list. You can bulk confirm or cancel the bookings for that timeslot.
